Why does a writer need to have some tried and tested tricks up his or her sleeve? They become very useful when such a writer hit a writing drought due to writer blocks even though not all people acknowledge that they exist.

Relax! That is the final tip to dealing with writers’ blocks. Any form of exercise is a great way to relax from simple meditation to physical exercise. Yeah! Exercise can really make the body calm down; the muscles feel very much relaxed after having a hard work-out session. For me swimming leaves my mind ready for any creative writing.
