Brought to us in a mockumentay form, 24th March, 2005 was the first day when the show went on air, replacing a sitcom named Committed. With time, the audience showered loads of love, making the series a huge hit! Looking at the audiences interest, the makers of the show churned out new series every consequent season with the 5th season being aired on the 25th of September 2008.

He proposes her and she readily accepts the same. After three seasons of friendship, their relationship arrives accompanied with romantic anxiety.

The first season did not gather great reviews. In fact, people had written it off after the first few episodes. New York Daily News called it “so diluted there’s little left but muddy water”, and USA Today called it a “passable imitation of a miles-better BBC original”. However, with the augment of the second season, the show caught momentum thus, succeeding in holding the audiences interest. The second season was a huge hit and then there was no looking back!
