Laughter is said to be a panacea, and is also infectious. This is healthy to us and also can improve our moods.
Laughter is like any cold or flu, it is contagious! However, it is harmless and it even connects people together. When we laugh, we feel relaxed. There is no longer sadness nor depression.
Laughter also induce positive physical changes in our bodies. When we laugh, the level of endorphin (a natural pain reliever) in our bodies would rise. Blood vessels would also expand to increase blood flow. Stress will then disappear.
The positive impact of laughter is even greater if you share it with people. Just imagine how enjoyable it can be to share your laughter with a group of people. When you laugh together, the feeling that you actually belong to the group would become much stronger. With all the laughter, the world suddenly becomes so perfect that you wish you can just stop forever at that precious moment.
Sometimes, even the action of laughing itself is funny enough to make us laugh. Have you ever met some folks that always laugh in a funny way that would brighten up the whole atmosphere whenever he/she laughs? One laughter triggers another and the process continues.
Some people start their business by using laughter. They find ways to make people laugh or perform a stand up comedy in front of thousands of audience. Humor is so important to us as this is a way for us to escape from all stressful things in our lives.
Sometimes the exploitative reality shows are necessary to be reduced and dropped off, as these often explodes the worst nature of human and will upset them. The networks could make people show their smiles again, forget about disappointments and sadness, by showing comedy variety shows.
